Last time I was in Japan I so wanted to go to Central Park. Well the last time we tried to go it started raining! Had to leave because it was raining very hard we had to leave and I never made it back there. I was to meet Sue and her friend Sarah at Starbucks then together we would walk over to the other side of the train station. Sue and I met and then we waited for Sarah's train to arrive. Since we were in Starbucks we got us some lattes. :-0 Teresa was down by the passenger pick up area waiting on us. I did bring my umbrella because earlier it had been raining.
My surprise destination was CENTRAL PARK.....YIPPEE......... I was so excited to finally get to walk through the park and get the chance to walk around and enjoy the beauty. I just know it holds lots of beauty. Well the minute we got inside the park u guessed it RAIN.....thank goodness not a hard rain. We did not let that stop us because we were under the canopy of trees the rain did not get us wet. :-)
Teresa is taking us ladies on a special tour which includes the Japanese gardens. We were also going to the museum located within the park but it was closed today. Didn't bother me the park holds plenty to look at. During our tour of the park I did have to get my mosquito bracelets out that Marlon had got me. The bugs were biting me all over probably because of the humidity and I was HOT....After I put on the bracelet I was A ~OK.
As we ventured through the park we saw a couple of men feeding the birds. One of the men was feeding them from his hand, wow amazing. He made a sound and put his arm out and the birds would perch on his arm and sit on his head.

Well with all the birds still hanging around, and after all the children left the gentleman went up to Sue and gave her food to feed the birds. Sue was a little hesitate but did as the gentleman instructed her. Of course allof us ladies got a turn feeding the birds except Sarah as she wanted no part of this activity.
I took some scenery shots when I finished my lunch, and noticed a few that still alive. Sitting on top of the rose was a huge dragon fly.

Its time for Teresa to go teach English class to a group of women, she is helping out the teacher who is not here he's on vacation.
When I got back to the hotel I did some laundry. While waiting in the room for laundry to get done I saw a shadow behind the curtains. I walked over to the window (7th floor) and when I opened the curtains there was a guy hanging from the top of the building getting ready to wash my windows.....I laughed to myself at how freaked out I had just gotten.
We shopped and I did buy a pair of really neat looking shoes; I can't believe I actually found my size 25 and width EEE LOL The bells at the mall ring every 1/2 hour and every hour. Its nice that all the malls have a section for kids ...........
Great Pictures... I enjoyed my time with you so much.... Thanks for going. Teresa
