Marlon and I drove from Florida to Oxford to see JL at Miami. So excited to tour the campus and town. We met him at Starbucks downtown Oxford. When I saw him walking down the street with that big happy smile on his face I wanted to run and hug him. He took us back to his college dorm which is located on campus at Havighurst Hall room 159. He shares a room with one other student. Loved his room it had 2 windows. :-) There was a tower with lots of bells on top that played on the hour. While we were at the dorm we got to meet a friend of his and had a nice conversation. It's a long walk back to his dorm. 
Some things I saw that showed me I was on a college campus. Blow up doll, 2 girls sharing a ride on a scooter, college apartments names, tables with lots of red solo cups left out from the night before along with empty beer cans. 3 guys sitting in water-filled tubs in the front yard, trying to stay cool?
Heading back downtown to eat some lunch JL at Bagels and Deli Shop. We sat outside and enjoyed some delicious sandwiches. There are 60 different varieties of bagels to choose from. This place is great!!! Students love them for their good food and icing on the cake is they even deliver to the campus.
Hueston Woods was a perfect side trip while visiting JL at Miami College. Would love to have more time to explore this area it was so beautiful.
