Ceramics with Mary Willes

 Karen my neighbor picked Mary and i up for ceramics this morning.  Stopped at the local Circle K and we each got coffee.  Heading out to Ceramics 2 Paint.

Mary has picked a girl rabbit in a raincoat to paint using enamels.

I worked on using stoneware glaze to glaze a plate and then added a bee to the middle of 3 bowls I already had in class.  I added a bee to all the pieces and hope they turn out awesome when they get fired in the kiln.

On the way home from ceramics we stopped for lunch at a place called Twisted Biscuit Diner.

The food is so delicious 

We sat outside and could see the water from our seats.

A 12 year old boy made the deserts at this place.  Wow the cake was delicious.

Walked along the water front after lunch.
