Nice visit with Steve and Nona today. There is no better view of the county than at their house which sits high on a hill. You can see for miles and miles and miles.
Took off down the lane and went up a big hill along route 68 to start off at the B N B to feed the rabbits.

As we start off on the ATV down the ATV trails we spot several honey bee hives. The bees were swarming around and hard at work gathering pollen to make honey.

Stopped and looked at the progress of the corn. Looks like the silk at the top is turning brown and the corn stalk at the bottom is drying up. Pretty soon the big corn pickers will be out in the fields getting all the corn picked to store for the winter feeding of the cows. Some corn will be taken to the feed mill to be sold. This is a combine that will be used to cut the corn from the fields.

Lots of pretty colorful weeds that are also pretty flowers along the path back to the hay fields.
The first cutting of hay has been done in round bails and have a plastic coating on them to protect them from the weather and other animals.
Heading back to the house now. Its been so much fun hanging with Nona on the farm.
