Irish Dinner Presented by Mary & Karen

This is Karen and Mary my neighbors here in Buttonwood Heights The Villages, Florida.  They decided together to have put on an Irish Dinner for St. Patrick's Day.  They are both excellent cooks and great party planners.
Those in attendance at the dinner were Jim & Donna Adkins, Marlon & Donna Charles, & Bob who is Mary's brother.

We were served Shamrock Green onion chips and Guinness Beer.  The other appetizer was a hot pretzel cheddar cheese dip.  Oh my goodness it was so delicious.
The table was set with this awesome centerpiece, very St. Pattty's Day.

Table setting was beautiful which included a luck of the Irish man that was used as a napkin holder.

Salt & Pepper shakers were very unique and definitely Irish.
Now the main centerpiece was also very unique.  A live 4 leaf clover planter.  I have never seen this plant before !!!
Main dishes were Corn beef and Bangers & Mashed Potatoes with Spinach

Mary made a corn beef that was so tender and super delicious.  Everyone really enjoyed. Karen made the superb bangers & Mashed Potatoes with Spinach.

Cooked cabbage and Irish Soda bread was served with the meal.

Dessert was a delicious chocolate icing covered cheese cake and served with an Irish Coffee.

Jamison Irish whiskey was used to make the hot beverage.
Ended the evening chatting for hours, great evening with friends.

THANKS MARY & KAREN
