Journey To Yellowstone Old Faithful

This May by the only bear I see I have looked hard to spot a bear but to no avail.
As we were driving by Mount Moran I noticed a great reflection of the mountains onto the lake.  Marlon stopped so we could take some pictures of the beautiful scenery.
As we are traveling through Yellowston this Mule Deer crossed in front of us.
Time to find a place to pull over and have some lunch.  We had packed a picnic lunch and stopped at Sargents Bay Picnic area.

Another stop along the way at  Lewis Lake.  The air is getting chilly I need a jacket.  You can tell by the whitecaps that the wind is blowing strong. Many miles of burned trees in Yellowstone.

Stopped at Yellowstone River and walked down an embankment to get a good view of the river.  I have my jacket on now. Even though the sun is out the wind is very cool.
Picture by the famous Yellowstone National Park

We are trying to stop at all pull offs to read about the history of the areas.  This time its all about the Continitial Divide.
What an amazing view of Kepler Cascades. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing.

When we arrived at our destination of Old Faithful to check in it was time for her to do her thing.

Our cabin for the week:-)
