Day 4 Daily Activities in Japan

Must be adjusting to time change already,slept till 5am today. : -) Got up and helped Marlon get ready for work made some coffee we both need it LOL. When Marlon left for work I decided to try out some bath powder scent is forest. Marlon had went down to pay our bill this morning and the packs were laying by the front desk. Now when I see the word powder I think of powder you can dust on yourself. WRONG this is actually bath salts and the smell is absolutely wonderful. So I ran some bath water and poured in the bath salts, smells good and my legs are sorta hurting from the 5 hours of walking yesterday. Got into the tub and just as I thought the tub is truly pretty short, had to bend my knees to sit in the tub LOL All is well i can adjust to this I just laid back and let the warm water cover me with the exception of my knees sticking out of the water. : -)

Got to talk with my sister Jennay this morning and Layne which was very nice. Talked with Belinda this morning and decided we would take off around 10am. Wrote a note on my new cherry blossom stationary to my Mom. She is going to be so surprised when she gets something in the mail from Japan from me. : -0

Thank Goodness for on line banking I had a bill due and the system doesn't care where you are. LOL you can send out money to pay your bills even if your out of the country. Its 10am and Belinda is here ready to go well almost she forgot her medicine so she went back to the 4th floor to take it. By the time I got up to her room she was ready to go again.

Asked the front desk where Post Office is, got the directions and the both of us headed down the street to mail my letter. : -) Now what do we do? First of all thought I would mention its freezing here, what's up with that? I was really expecting it to be warmer here only thing missing is the snow. Thought I would check the weather forecast and OMG you are not going to believe it!!!!!

I refuse to let this nasty weather dampen my spirits, but OMG its so cold I hate it!!!!!
Belinda and I walked allot today, and you would think I would know better than to wear new shoes wrong again.  I put on a pair of flats with NO Socks and they rubbed the back of heel till it was raw and bleeding. When we got to Ori and Dori mall I found a store that sold footies. I went inside and talked with the lady that was running the store. I did my best to explain my problem she must have understood. She went up front of the store and at first handed me a pair of footies which was ok till I seen the big plastic red heart on them. LOL The red heart was attached to the strap that went around your ankle and to the footie. Hard to explain but if I was maybe the age of 13 I might like that design LOL I asked her if she had a pair that did not have the big red heart she smiled and got me another pair thank goodness. I left the store immediately and headed for a place to sit down to put the black footies on. Wow awesome inside the heel area there were soft rubber dots, once i put these footies on i had no more trouble. Life is Good Smile
Went into a used clothing store and looked around I knew better than to try anything on after our experience at the undergarment store. Went up another floor and well the mall is very interesting. Each floor we went up to seem to get weirder and weirder. There were stores with items in it that looked like they should be for Halloween. Dresses that looked like they were made for little girls in adult sizes that cost a mere $210.  You have to be kidding; who would want to wear this around? To each their own is all I can say. Belinda wanted to get her hair trimmed and we found a place but after trying to explain what she wanted done come to find out they had no time to do it. Oh well back down the flights of stairs and out of that shopping center.
Saw a bunch of tables set up with fresh fruit and vegetables and went over to look around. Could not pass up on buying some great looking strawberries, bag of apples, and a huge orange. This can replace the fruit we had to throw away this morning because the refrigerator froze all our stuff .
