Day 5 Blain Distillery , England Tea,

After we left St. Andrew’s Golf Course we made our way to Pitlochry , Scotland.  It’s time for lunch before heading to Blair Atholl Distillery.  We were divided into 2 groups and IDs checked. In Scotland you can drink at the ages of 18 so Mason got a bracelet same colt as ours.  He’s doing the whisky tasting!
The table was set with glasses of water and an eye dropper.  Matt our guide has small glasses with their distillery’s name etched on it.  Each person got a wee dram of Blair whisky.  ðŸ¥ƒ We made a made a toast and took a sip.   Mason downed his and I thought he was going to throw up.🤮. The guide said I remember my first ship of whisky.  Mason needed to sip it or add some water. The guide told M Mason this isn’t tequila so you don’t shoot it.  Poor Mason hated it!
Next stop is Blair castle, Mason wanted to go but we did not.  People on the bus said they would look after him. 😀. We weee then dropped off  back in Pitlochry to spend an hour while the others toured the castle.  Another couple got off with us and I wanted to do tea ☕️ and scone.  We found a shop called Heroes tea.  What a a lovely little tea shop.
We went back to where we were dropped off and the bus came back to pick us up.
Mason liked the castle as it was different than the others we had seen.  When we got to the castle Marlon got off and took a few pictures of the castle grounds.  Mason hung out with a lady and her daughter.

Time for dinner at The Ghili Dul
