Zion National Park and Zion Brewery

Parked in Springdale and rode the bus to Zion Visitor Center from town.
When we arrived at the visitor center we noticed a place that was renting out boots for hiking.  We did not rent any as we are not going to be doing any serious hiking.  LOL

After loading onto the bus we decided to ride all the way to last stop and start there; which was stop 9.
We started at the Temple of Sinawava which is the heart of Zion Canyon. Round trip this walk was 2 miles round trip.
As soon as we reached Stop 9 we saw 4 mule deer eating.  I did manage to get some pictures.
The view all around was a beautiful setting of beautiful mountains of various colors of pink, white, red.

We took the Riverside Walk trail which had great views of the Virgin River.  I also saw various lush foliage hanging from the cliffs.

Water ran down several of the mountain walls like they were weeping.

I loved all the lovely greenery hanging from the walls of the canyons.

Back on the trolley bus and stopping at bus stop 5 for one more short walk.

Lots of yellow plants and mysteriously shaped seed pods within the canyon.
Animals we saw along the path.

 Beautiful trail to hike.

After a long tiring day we got off the bus at the visitor center and walked across the street to the Zion brewery. We had skipped lunch so we decide we would just eat dinner here.  Ending to a wonderful day with the family.

Great view from the brewery as we ate dinner.
