Today marks one year my daughter Jammie Shafer left this world. I miss her so much. Spent most of my day crafting and thinking of the many, many good times we have shared together. Hubby and Mark had set us up for a jeep tour around Sedona. Chose the company called Red Rock Western jeep tour company. Scheduled the Canyons and Cowboy tour. Never been in a jeep before in my life, so this should be fun.
Our tour guide who was dressed as a cowboy showed up and we all loaded into the jeep. Mark has a go pro and he mounted it onto the jeep which already had a mounting bracket ready.
Go Pro ready to set up and ready to record. We were taken out of Sedona to a backwoods dirt road with plenty of big stones all over the road. He went slow, making it not bad at all.
This cave in the mountain was once a indians home.
As the tour guide took us down this road he explained the history of the dry creek basin and all the majestic canyons surrounding us.
Prickly pear cactus, with tines covering the tops. Don't touch......Kicking up lots of dirt, feel bad for the jeep load of people behind us....
Sunset in the canyon.
Full moon tonight when we arrived back to Wyndham Sedona Resorts.
Beautiful full moon
